Olive Oil Tasting: an introduction to the world of olive oil (English)

During this tasting session I, Katia Zentner (Olive Oil Sensory Analyst), will take you on a short journey through Spain. You will learn how and what to look for when searching for the perfect olive oil. You will be given an overview of the health benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and how you can use it in your cooking to enhance your dishes.
